Our Process for made to order requests

The Start


  • We love hearing from you, so to start with you'll need to get in touch with us to let us know exactly what you are looking for. If you have any supporting images or sketches please include these in your email as these will be a massive help!
  • We will ask you for specific details, such as a room location so we know where the item is going as it helps us with sizing if you are unsure. We will ask you for dimensions if you know exactly how big or small you want your product to be. We work in mm/cm to avoid any confusion. We will also ask you what materials you are wanting (type of timber, if you want it staining etc) as well as colours for resin or tints in the pigments.
  • We provide you a quote, including postage and packaging, and an approximate lead time - Please note, this quote will be valid for 3 months only. After this your project will require requoting inline with any changes to material costs.


The Middle


  • Quote accepted - we ask for a 25% deposit to be paid directly. Please note, this deposit is not refundable should you cancel your order at any point in the process of manufacture. 
  • Once we have received your deposit, we begin to bring your idea to life! (Keeping in mind agreed lead time expectations)
  • We will send you updates on your order in making to keep you updated along the way with some photos. With your permission, we may ask to share some of these images to our social media too. 


The End


  • Once the order is completed in manufacturing, we ask for the final 75% payment. Once this has been received by us we send the order to you along with a tracking link for delivery where available depending on courier. 

Product Information

All of our items are totally bespoke and handmade by us in West Yorkshire. 

Our timbers have all been sourced from within the UK. 

We use a UV resistant resin which is left to cure for a minimum of 3 weeks before being ready to be shipped. This allows the resin enough time to fully cure, bringing out the beautiful pigments within the resin. As pigments naturally flow and mix, a set "pattern" can never truly be replicated or made to be perfectly identical.

Care Information

Lighting - Dust regularly with a microfiber cloth. The resin shades may be wiped down with a damp microfiber cloth.


Coasters/place mats - Wipe down with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals.


Tables - Dust regularly with a microfiber cloth. Resin tops can be wiped down with a damp cloth and soapy water.


Home Decor/Miscellaneous - Dust with a microfiber cloth. Resin may be wiped down with a damp cloth and soapy water.
